The trial lesson is an opportunity for student and teacher to meet one another to determine if they are compatible with one another, without any long-term commitment. Parents are welcome to accompany children. If a longer lesson length is desired, that can be arranged after the initial 30-minute session.
Bio
Ryan Fedak is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger from Fairfield Connecticut. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music, where he also studied vibraphone performance and video game scoring. His vast resume includes international percussion ensemble tours, a series of vibraphone and piano recordings with jazz quintets and big bands, a sprinkle of orchestral work, and a long list of music theater pit credits. Ryan is also passionate about game design, chess, and most of all, teaching!
Ryan uses his diverse wealth of knowledge to create a truly personalized learning experience for his students. Since each student’s needs are different, he takes pleasure in finding the right piece of music to satisfy those needs – and if that music doesn’t exist, he’ll happily write and arrange it for you himself.
